JOB SUMMARY:

Under the guidance of Table Games management, Team Member performs functions as a Dealer on an assigned shift. Dealer is responsible for dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures. Conducts the assigned game with respect to Seminole Gamings Compliance and Regulations and procedures. Responsible for customer satisfaction and enjoyment on a particular assigned table game.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

May include but are not limited to;

• Offers the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of customer enjoyment and return play.
• Responsible for knowing all policies & procedures of the specific table game he/she is dealing.
• Maintains a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly, conducive to a high level of productivity and performance, as well as, morale.
• Works diligently to support the Seminole Gamings culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
• Acts as a role model to all Team Members and encourages other team members to do the same.
• Promotes positive public relations and creates an enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
• Ensures the protection of customers rewards and credit lines.
• Complies with all departmental and Company Policies including Seminole Gamings business ethics guidelines.
• Complies with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Seminole Gamings trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.
• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment.
• Serves in the role and complete the responsibilities of a Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor as requested. Demonstrates a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
• Demonstrates actions and behaviors that reinforce the Companys Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Table Games as a Dealer, for multiple games including black jack, baccarat, and carnival games required. Must have a minimum of two years Casino Dealer experience.
• Experience in craps and/or roulette, perferred.
• Must be able to deal Black Jack with a high level of proficiency.
• Must possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills.
• Must be a High School Graduate or possess an equivalent diploma.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

• May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant interaction with the general public.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• The work environment characteristics described here may be representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.

CLOSING:

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
