Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our event planning team in executing various events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Help manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to confirm details and address any last-minute changes or issues.
• Provide on-site support during events, including registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback and analyzing event success.
• Maintain event documentation and assist with budget tracking.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
