We are seeking a Locums Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Manchester, NH. This opportunity offers flexible schedules, care autonomy, and a supportive and friendly environment. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team and engage in team-based care, with 24/7 nurse triage support and a focus on value-based care principles. With a lower patient panel size and longer duration patient visits, you can deliver patient-centered care without the burden of extensive administrative tasks. The role also includes patient navigation, helping guide patients through the complexities of their healthcare journey.
Requirements:
·Certification: Must be Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
·Licensure: Current and valid New Hampshire NP or PA license required
·BLS Certification: Basic Life Support certification is required
